Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,099/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Grenelefe sits at 153.5 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
