Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 113K people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
