Relocating to Gresham, OR -pros and cons?

OK so I'm a 27-year-old sales rep and Household incomes average around $73,608 in Gresham. Median household income is $73,608, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
