Longtime lurker here, I work in consulting and It's a a mid-size city city with about 113K people. With a population of 113K, Gresham is a mid-size city. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
