OK so I work in energy and Poverty rate is 20.5%, which is higher than I expected. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I work in retail here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
