Relocating to Griffin, GA -pros and cons?

Hey, Household incomes average around $44,021 in Griffin. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The school system is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
