Hey, I've been here for 13 years and Homes are going for about $195,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
