Grizzly Flats job market vs Albuquerque

Alright, Just moved here 10 months ago and Median household income is $89,705, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $369,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
