Is Grove City getting better or worse?
So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $56,420 in Grove City. Crime rate is something to consider -Grove City sits at 114.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $858 for rent here. Homes are going for about $165,900 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

- Strong sense of community
- Plenty of shopping options
Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Rising rent prices
- Lack of diversity
Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
