Rent vs buy in Grove City -what makes sense?

Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
