Grover is underrated, change my mind

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 3 years and It's a a small town city with about 1,046 people. Average temperature is around 39--F, so bundle up in winter. With a population of 1,046, Grover is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Good schools
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space
Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
