I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,247 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in South for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Lots of new development happening
- The food scene scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
