Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $568,900 on average. Median household income is $109,665, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
