Internet providers in Groveton?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 1 months ago and Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $109,665 in Groveton. Median household income is $109,665, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is decent in most areas.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Fairview. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in finance. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 1 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into running, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
