What to expect moving to Grovetown?

Hey, With a population of 16,516, Grovetown is a small town. The median home value here is around $226,000, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Greenfield. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

No regrets on my end..
