Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $107,300 on average. It's a a small town city with about 17,815 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
