Random thought, We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 70,087 people. The median home value here is around $234,600, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $981/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
