Curious what people think. I'm originally from Miami and You can expect to pay around $981 for rent here. Poverty rate is 17.3%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
