Thinking about relocating to Guaynabo zona urbana from Sacramento

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $234,600 on average. Median household income is $53,936, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Appreciate any input. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in legal here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is better than expected. Definitely worth checking out..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Midtown. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in real estate. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
