Moving to Guin -what should I know?

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 9.6%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
