Alright, I'm single, late 30s, and The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,201/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $191,800 on average. Median household income is $66,472, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
