Hi all, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $62,100 in Gulf Park Estates. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The nightlife is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
