Worst things about Gulfport nobody talks about

I've been here for 4 years and You can expect to pay around $1,487 for rent here. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
