So, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 5.6%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,533 people. Median household income is $46,044, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
