Gulfport housing prices -when will it stop?

I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 20.2%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor recreation is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Moved here from Dallas about 2 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to school system but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
