Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 10,424 people. Rent is about $1,924/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
