Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Cleveland and Rent is about $1,924/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,924 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 10,424 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
