Pros and cons of Gunter after 1 years

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
