Anyone regret moving to Guntersville?

Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $293,500 on average. Median household income is $67,448, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
