Is public transit usable in Guntersville?

Hey folks, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $293,500 on average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've lived in Riverside for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Active local events and festivals
- The school system scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
