Biggest downsides of living in Gurabo zona urbana?

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $24,971 in Gurabo zona urbana. Median household income is $24,971, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $627 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Eastside for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- The outdoor recreation scene is tough

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
