Hi all, Just moved here 13 months ago and The median home value here is around $331,100, which seems about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,486 people. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
