How much do you pay for rent in Guthrie?

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
