Moving from Phoenix to Guymon next month

OK so Been living here since 2013. It's a a small town city with about 12,596 people. Household incomes average around $57,051 in Guymon. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts?

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
