Curious what people think. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $200,800 on average. Rent is about $850/month for a decent place. With a population of 2,574, Guyton is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
