Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Houston it's decent.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I work in marketing here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is solid. Hope this helps!.
