Is Hacienda Heights a good place to live?

Hey everyone, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $778,700, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $106,620 in Hacienda Heights. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Strong sense of community
- Good internet infrastructure
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- High property taxes
- Poor road conditions
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Not enough green space
What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
