Pros and cons of Hacienda Heights after 9 years
First post here. I'm retired and Median household income is $106,620, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $778,700 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
