I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $126,055 in Haddon Heights. Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
