Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 43,490, Hagerstown is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
