Planning a move to Hagerstown -neighborhoods?

My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Hagerstown sits at 529.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $49,957 in Hagerstown. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
