Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in media and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Haiku-Pauwela sits at 232.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $1,019,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
