Hey folks, Median household income is $83,084, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? I've lived in East for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The cultural scene scene is average

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. No regrets on my end..

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
