Anyone regret moving to Haines City?
OK so The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 31,156, Haines City is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
