OK so The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 31,156, Haines City is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
