Alright, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,216 for rent here. Household incomes average around $58,227 in Haines City. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
