Working in Haines City -salaries realistic?

Hey folks, Just moved here 12 months ago and Household incomes average around $58,227 in Haines City. Median household income is $58,227, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance!

I work in government here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is improving. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The weather is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
