Halawa in the winter -how bad?

Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,619/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $102,987 in Halawa. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I work in hospitality here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is pretty good. Definitely worth checking out..

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Phoenix it's underrated.
