Best and worst neighborhoods in Hales Corners

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $88,068 in Hales Corners. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Thai places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
