Hello, Been living here since 2009. You can expect to pay around $951 for rent here. Rent is about $951/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Half Moon sits at 118.8 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
