The unemployment rate is 8.4%, which is concerning. Median household income is $118,878, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Halfway House sits at 769.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
